Getting Here
By Car
From downtown, take West 4th, 10th or 16th Avenue to UBC. From the airport, take SW Marine Drive northbound to UBC. We are located on the west side of SW Marine Drive.
Please note that the entrance indicated on Google Maps is inaccurate. The entrance to the Garden and visitor parking is located parallel to Stadium Road. Please see image below.
By Transit
There are two buses that stop near UBC Botanical Garden. The #R4 41st Ave bus stops on West 16th Avenue near University Hill High School. From there it is a 15-minute walk to the Garden. The #68 UBC Exchange campus shuttle stops on Stadium Road, opposite the Garden, and returns to the UBC trolley loop on University Boulevard. Nitobe Memorial Garden can also be accessed via the #68 UBC Exchange bus northbound (Stop #59125) on NW Marine Drive, or southbound (Stop #61424) on West Mall.
