Horticulture Program Application Process

To apply, you must submit a completed application form, your most recent transcript and a personal statement of 250-500 words detailing your interest in the program, previous horticultural experience and future career plans upon program completion.

Please include an application fee of $250 CAD which can be paid by cheque or credit card. Please note that for admitted applicants, $200 of this fee will be applied to the tuition of the first module. Enrolled participants who do not complete the four modules in sequence may be charged an additional application fee if they seek to resume studies. Unsuccessful applicants will be refunded $200 of the application fee.

Module 4 – $1375 ($1000 tuition plus $375 materials fees)
March 4, 2018 to April 26, 2018
Due February 25, 2018

Fees must be paid by postdated cheques to ‘UBC Botanical Garden’ or credit card instalments.
