Join UBC Botanical Garden Artist in Residence Celeste Snowber with a winter performance of dance and poetry. The light through the trees is spectacular at this time of year and our unique botanical collection in winter is sure to inspire!
Accessibility Notes: Please note that this is a walking performance and there is no seating. Please dress for the weather and wear good footwear for undulating terrain. We will proceed rain, snow or shine.

Artist in Residence: Celeste Snowber, PhD is a dancer, educator and poet/writer who is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University. Author of Embodied prayer and co-author of Landscapes of aesthetic education, she has written extensively in the area of embodied ways of inquiry and continues to create site-specific performances in the natural world. Her most recent book of poetry is Wild tourist and she is working on several poetry collections, which explore connections between ecology and the arts.
